I've tried to download the latest Chimera 2.0.1 and install into the bootable SSD (instead of USB), but it doesn't make any difference, still stuck at the grey apple with an wheel there....
So...
At least, it's good to know that the E3 CPU is supported. One more question, can it be identified by OS X correctly? Is there any injections behind the scene? Thank you .
BTW, I am seeing from another thread, the E3-1230v2 would be recognized as i7 CPU by the OS X, is this correct?
Hello, I'm going to update my hackintosh from i5-2500K to an E-1230v2, but seems it's not in the "buyer's guide" list, so I'm wondering if the 1230v2 is not supported by apple very well? Or is there any other reasons for that? Thank you very much.
I didn't re-download the ML from app store yet, but my ML package is working fine with Unibeast 1.5.0, so I'm supposing the ML package is in good shape, please correct me if I'm wrong.

Unibeast 1.5.0 is working fine, I can create bootable disk without problem, but when I tried to use Unibeast 1.5.2 to create the boot disk, I got below errors every time at copying files to the U-disk, any suggestions please?

Thanks for the information. However, what I want is to make the motherboard build-in USB3 ports working with full speed, which seems to be not possible at the moment.
Does this mean we would not get USB 3 working with full speed on Mac? Thanks.

Ah! stupid question, Apple is not supporting USB 3 yet. Sorry guys. :mrgreen:
