been researching the problem all day at work, checked for that setting first thing when I got home but don't see it. if I update ny BIOS from F4 to F6 will that setting be available? my hackintosh is not dual boot and I don't have access to a PC keyboard so I'm not even sure how I can update...

I am using the same mobo and processor as your build, followed your steps. install went fine but after Multibeast and booting from HDD it just hangs on Apple loading logo. any thoughts or suggestions? thanks!

OK, so I got Mountain Lion installed, thanks guys! but now I have a new issue i am afraid, I can't boot from the hard disk. It just hangs on the Apple logo. EDIT: '-v GraphicsEnabler=NO' fixes this it seems, but do I have to enter this each time I boot?

Havent tried that yet but would like to. Can you recommend a version of Linux/Ubuntu to test with?

but when I go to Disk Utility there no drives listed for me to choose from...
