jmaxdp, Are HD 4000 graphics working out for you? I haven't been able to get it to work. Do you have a transparent menu bar (a sign that the graphics kext loaded)? EDIT: Never mind. My CPU has HD 2500 graphics, not HD 4000. Oops.

Has anybody tried this yet? Should this work because the MBP's listed above have the right kind of CPU? I have an i5-3550. My setup will sometimes boot normally if I wait long enough, but I get sick of waiting after about 5 minutes and boot it to safe mode.
