There was no signal from the card at all. I put my old card back in and re-flashed the bios and it worked. When i'm next off work i'll look into opencore. Thanks

I've been running snow leopard for quite some time with this board but going to upgrade to el capitan or sierra. Are the settings on the first page still relevant or will I need to use some other configuration?

Thanks. The error I'm getting is listed in the troubleshooting as a snow leopard error but I've tried on 10.7.4 and now 10.7.5 with this error. Guess i will have to install snow leopard to make the usb
