Nice build ! I have a very similar build, but with nvidia cards and SSDs. Same cooler. 600watt PSU. I like my case better tho ;) So i think i solved my sleep issues but i would like to narrow down the specifics of the problem. Difference in settings: BIOS - overclocking to 44 44 44 44...

I am running gtx 560 ti and gtx 260 on 10.8.2 driving 3 x 24 inch samsungs at 1920 x 1200 each. Works great OOB. i didn't use the multibeast kext nor the nvidia cuda drivers. mobo is ga-z77-ds3h - see sig.

i just finished my g5. i think it may be same model. Quick thoughts: 1 Use the short stand offs - get more if you can -- if you use the long stand offs (i did) the max height of your heat sink will be around 152 mm (case stand offs+tray+brass mounts+mobo ---> edge of case panel door)...
