Hello, I've installed MacOS a few times, this time around when I install on this board(Specifically this board). In Clover it shows everything correctly. But when I hit the installer drive it just gives me a black screen with a X. Would you think this is just a problem with the USB flash...

MVC reports Titan X is fully functional with newest Web Driver

Unfortunately, having MacVidCards flash the thing only solved one problem, and that is now I can see the white screen with the apple logo. I still cannot run my monitor @ 4k60hz. Work fine with a 2013 Mac Pro, and my 2015 Macbook Pro 15 inch, but will not work in the 2010-2012 Mac Pro with...

MVC reports Titan X is fully functional with newest Web Driver

I ordered a Titan X and put it into my Mac Pro, was able to boot, but was not able to run 4k60, So I am sending my card to MacVidCards to be flashed so I can run 4k60. I will keep everybody posted, but it may seem if your running 4k resolutions you will need to get your video card flashed...

    R9 390x Yosemite working?

I've got no beef with anybody. But the AMD R9's render 4k graphics A LOT better than even the 980 Ti's. I perfer the AMD line up over the nVidia for that one purpose. I like to play games @ 4k60 in full detail, and my Radeon 295x2 did it FAR better than even the Titan X.

    AMD's Radeon 370 - 380 - 390(X)

Reference design = nVidia, or AMD creates the cards/cooling, and manufacturers just rebrand them, adds their stickers, etc etc. After a certain period of time, Sapphire, and some of the other brands will redesign the PCB's, with their own memory chips, and just getting the actual silicon from...

Smallest Windows 8.1 PC ever ~ Built by Intel

I actually bought one of these, and for what it is, its a pretty rad box. I could see myself using these for all sorts of things, and this is just Bay Trail. Think about when Broadmere comes. Quicker processors, same thermal envelope. Exciting times!

    MacOS / Gaming / Recommendations? 780TI? 4k?

I am buying it to have a native desktop that can do 4k60, and also do some gaming on the side if I choose. I do some video and photo editing as well, as just working on servers and stuff. I do not game as much as I use too, Maybe once a month or so, but I do like to have the option. I just...

    MacOS / Gaming / Recommendations? 780TI? 4k?

I am not very familiar with FirePro's. I have no problem using Windows as a backup for gaming, but want to look at the big picture, Windows 8.1 is clunky for a work station. I was thinking about going with the MacPro with the dual D700's (6G of memory each), and the larger SSD. The rest...

Hello, I've done a bit around here and here on the forum, I appreciate what you guys do. So here are my questions, and stuff.. I like to game, and I am sort of getting tired of Microsoft in general... It's becoming more of a pain than it is worth. With that being said, I want to try to...

    Hackintosh + 4K @ 60Hz Advice

Thanks for the questions. I am doing it all VIA Displayport. DP1.2. So I should be able to do the full 60hz, I can do it on my 2014 MBP, also on the same system in windows. But like I said I want to move away from windows, and really dont want to spend the cash on a Mac Pro. Thanks,

I just wanted to send response here. These drivers work... HOWEVER..... If your running 4k display an trying to achieve 60hz, you will not do it. These drivers are only seeing 30hz for my Dell UP3214Q. If you are running 2560x1440 it works perfect! Thanks again Randall for letting us...

Hey Randall, Where did you get this Netkas package at? I am really not seeing it anywhere. I have a R9-290x reference card, and I like it, but I'm also running Windows 8.1 right now. I am so close to pulling the trigger to get the Titan Black, but Man.... I don't really want to do it...
