Hey, I never got a notification about your post. Were you finally able to install it? I'll be able to help more on the weekend when Spring Break starts.
Figured here was as good a place as anywhere to note this: the SD/CF reader works out of the box. I am extremely surprised (and happy) that this is true.
Alright, I'll post here so everyone can benefit from it.
1. Yes. Make sure you use a patched appleacplatform as well.
2. Yes, I'm currently on 10.9.2. I'll install Yosemite when I have this fully configured.
3. All USB ports work. The app store does as well.
4. No additional files...
I didn't receive a PM from you. Try again?
I remember booting with npci=0x2000, PCIRoot=1, as well as the edited iopcifamily.kext that's floating around the internet. You're going to have to remove the sata cables for your hard drives from the RAID array that's in the machine, it's not...
Posted in your other thread, but I've gotten past all the errors and have my system working except for sleep. This machine is odd... I can provide any help or files you need.
I've done it. It was a huge pain in the ass, but google every error that hangs the installer. PCIrootuid=1 is your friend. DSMOS has arrived is one of the errors I remember seeing. I have kexts to provide once you're up and running but I've forgotten a bit of the install process.... I nearly...
I lied, actually. My nub only works 70% of the time. Sometimes, ML refuses to see it upon a restart (but sometimes with a cold boot as well). I've never been able to figure that issue out either. I may wait until the weekend to install Mavericks, as I'm still setting my 8 core Lenovo desktop up...
Hi, I am alive.
Sorry for my absence, I feel like I could have helped you get your machine running quicker.
I don't believe I have speedstep running because of an ASPCI kext edit I made. I'll look into that.
Other than that, I have sound working on ML (Through VoodooHDA). The AppleHDA is...
RehabMan is right. There is no way to tell if it's actually working short of installing a few things in terminal and recording speeds. I thought I had it working with a custom SSDT, but my machine runs at 1.2ghz unless started while plugged in. I really haven't had the time to look into it...
I'm still kicking, school is a major pain though. I haven't had much time to continue working on the project. A genuine Apple HDA would be great though, I'll go look into it.
Well, mine actually doesn't show the slower speed on battery. It's weird. You need a DSDT though, it will help you fix your sleep wake issues. Check earlier in the thread for instructions.
I'll ask again, is ANYONE capable of writing an Apple HDA for this machine? I really dislike Voodoo HDA.
Hey Klaymator, I don't think that VoodooHDA is workable in 10.8.3 based upon what you just said. I don't have 10.8.3 yet (I tend to upgrade with extreme caution), so I can't say I've encountered this issue. However, make a post on their forums and see what they say. I still can't patch the Apple...
Darn. Well, I'll see whether I can bug someone into doing it for us.
Modbook and a local service center have basically refused to help me because they cannot reveal Wacom's source code... Unfortunate. I'm not sure how we're going to get touch working, if ever. Also, I think our laptops are...
Just did it.... (I've stayed on version 1.09 for this reason, so that's the one I used)
How can I test the results without putting in a different card? Does anyone know?
Alright, I have NO IDEA how I missed this last week...
Can anyone (especially you Klaymator) confirm this works? It seems legit but I'm not sure.

Hey Klaymator,
The guide posted on Tonymacx86 is apparently not working for everyone. I used the instructions given by Oquunn: http://www.tonymacx86.com/25-boot0-error-official-guide/comments2.html#comments
It fixed it for me, post back if it works for you as well. Also, have you done the...
Yeah, I think you're missing an SSDT. It's NEEDED for full speedstepping and power management (including sleep and resume). Do NOT remove nullcpumanagment.kext until you've generated a working one (I posted the link in this post a while back) or else you will render your system unbootable as it...
