I think this CMOS error happens because of something that doesn't save our settings while it is being disabled. When we turn the pc on, it can not load the supposed saved settings. It is like we had turned it off without clicking on "power off" option. do you agree with me?

I turned the router off and the scrolling is still crazy. I changed channels and the antenna. nothing happens :(

I solved my problem this way: 1- deleted any folder or app named Install OS X 2 - download again from mac app store 3 - if you have any doubt, try to read the install.log file. You can find it on Launchpad > Other > Console
