    Lenovo Yoga 2 Pro HAckintosh

I'm definitely excited to update my mobile system. I just can hardly put up with my Probook's sad state (2.5-3hr) battery life anymore. I was reading on engadget (http://www.engadget.com/2013/11/19/lenovo-ideapad-yoga-2-pro-review/), that the Yoga 2 Pro's battery life is among the poorest for...

    Lenovo Yoga 2 Pro HAckintosh

I'll be camping out here as well. The yoga pro 2 seems like the best bang for the buck right now. I've been running osx on my Probook 4530s for a year or so, and loving it. My Probook is the most heavily supported laptop for hackintoshing so I've run into zero problems. I will indeed cross over...

Ready to install AUO v4, need advice before editing DSDT

Yes I figured as much, though my first attempt to show it via terminal didn't work. But my second attempt showed it. Now i can't seem to find an SSD.aml in the USB's Extra folder, though I can find it in my main drive (the one I have ML installed to). Shall I just copy this ssd.aml to my USB's...

Ready to install AUO v4, need advice before editing DSDT

I just received my new screen in the mail and I'm ready to open this baby up again to install it. I've pulled this thing apart a few times to replace various things, but nothing that has required a change to my DSDT before, so I must learn this. I've looked it up a little and have found a few...

    Uninstall Quiet Fan Patch

My probook came with the i3 2530m. With standard fan functionality, it's pretty much always on, ramping up when it gets a little warmer. While browsing and light use my temps generally hover between 46-55, but with the fan patch between 56-64. Max CPU temp is listed as 85C here...
