Gigabyte GA-P55M-UD4 ran 10.6.8 update now no audio, unsure of what to do

New build -Crazy mouse w/mind of it's own and sleep issues
Just built up from scratch. Used some of the hardware from Tony's post re: 3 simple builds. I used the intermediate one.
