got fireface 800 to work better and finally managed to work with hd 3000 in lion and set the resultion to fit 100%, and get a decent benchmark , about 8800 without overclocking
all i needed to do is install the latest multibeast 4.5 , and set the mac mini and i5 in ssdt

installed new multibeast 4.5 and set the i5 chip in ssdt
managed to get about 9000 without overclocking
9500 with overclocking to 3.7
ran logic benchmark test posted in here
was able to get 52-54 channels in 32 bit mode
up to 59 in 64 bit mode

New day same problem my partner just solved the problem
Tried disabling the Onboard vga and audio , same problem
My partner enterd the fireface settings and limited bandwidth channles to 1-8
Sound works finally!!!!!!!
Fireface matrix is now limited to 1-8 channels but we dont use anymore...

installed lion on leopard throguh xmove
i5 2500k , gigabyte d2h b3 board , stlab ti chip firewire express , asus 9500 gt graphics
can't say its working 100 precent , but all drivers are working , even sound on the board...

Tried to get the driver for osx86 site and change the info plist in the snb file
Didnt work
And so we kinda gave up on the thought it would work with leopard after reading that it has no support in leopard and purchased lion from the app store
