Fenvi T919 and Broadcom wifi back in Sonoma with OCLP

Had the same experience. Staying on Ventura until there is a sustainable solution. I followed the steps and ended bricking my system. Rolled back to a clean install of Ventura and waiting for the solution.

    RX 6600 XT Support

Thank you. I followed up with Neat Video, and there is a beta version of the benchmark tool. I've attached it here. I am now a proud owner of a Sapphire RX 6600 XT Nitro. I ran the test and only achieved 27 FPS. Seems the compute for the 6600 is significantly lower than that of the 6800...

    RX 6600 XT Support

Hello RX6600XT owners! Can I ask for your help with benchmarking the GPU? I want to use Neat Video for noise reduction in FCPX projects. Could a RX6600XT owner run Neatbench to see what FPS they get? On their website, they have a table with results but don't have the 6600 listed. Looking at the...

    The 4K Dell OptiMac - 9020 MT - Core i7-4790 - Radeon RX 570 - LG 4K IPS Monitor

The Xeon CPU (E3 1245v3) arrived today and I couldn't wait so dropped it in straight away! The numbers don't look significantly up from the i5-4590 but the increase in the multi-core score, having the extra 4 threads, does really help with H.265 encoding which the iGPU cannot accelerate. It is...

    The 4K Dell OptiMac - 9020 MT - Core i7-4790 - Radeon RX 570 - LG 4K IPS Monitor

@kuty when I boot up, the picker and the initial login screen (FileVault) is super low resolution. Is this the case with you? If I disable CSM/Legacy ROM support, it fixes the issue but then I have problem with waking up from deep sleep. Any ideas?

    The 4K Dell OptiMac - 9020 MT - Core i7-4790 - Radeon RX 570 - LG 4K IPS Monitor

Last update for the day. Completed the build with a final tweak, undervolting the CPU. Very respectable Geekbench scores. Thanks to @trs96 and @kuty for their support today.

    The 4K Dell OptiMac - 9020 MT - Core i7-4790 - Radeon RX 570 - LG 4K IPS Monitor

@kuty perfect. Worked right away. It does disable the second DP port but as I only have 1 screen, this is not an issue. The LG monitor shows up as a DP device and I am currently listening to Music as I type! Thank you! Totally understand your point regarding a new Mac every week :geek:

<< Solved >> DELL 7020 SFF No DP audio on Big Sur/Monterey

I've recently completed a Big Sur/Monterey MacOS build on a DELL 7020 based on the Golden Build: The 4K Dell OptiMac - 9020 MT - Core i7-4790 - Radeon RX 570 - LG 4K IPS Monitor. Everything works really well (even got native NVMe support) except no audio over display port. The OS does not...

    The 4K Dell OptiMac - 9020 MT - Core i7-4790 - Radeon RX 570 - LG 4K IPS Monitor

Thanks @trs96 I've reset the bios and checked to make sure that things are configured as documented and no change. So I am going to blow away my Monterey install and start with a fresh Big Sur setup. Let's see if that helps. Anyways, this is a very good outcome and build. I am super happy about...

    The 4K Dell OptiMac - 9020 MT - Core i7-4790 - Radeon RX 570 - LG 4K IPS Monitor

Good shout. Now that I have the native support I don't need it. I've taken it out and can confirm that things are still the same. No audio via DP.

    The 4K Dell OptiMac - 9020 MT - Core i7-4790 - Radeon RX 570 - LG 4K IPS Monitor

Thanks. I am using the Macmini7,1 EFI and I have tried to keep it as original as possible. Only used the ProperTree OC Snapshot feature to update it.

    The 4K Dell OptiMac - 9020 MT - Core i7-4790 - Radeon RX 570 - LG 4K IPS Monitor

I've double-checked and neither port enables the sound through DP. Any ideas why or where I can look in the config?

    The 4K Dell OptiMac - 9020 MT - Core i7-4790 - Radeon RX 570 - LG 4K IPS Monitor

Yes. I guessed this was the case. I did try both DP sockets but I will do it again in the morning to make sure. Thank you again

    The 4K Dell OptiMac - 9020 MT - Core i7-4790 - Radeon RX 570 - LG 4K IPS Monitor

Sorry. Lacking in detail. My monitor is connected via a DP to DP cable. No adapting. The monitor has speakers. On my z270 I have the audio coming out via the HDMI port on the RX580 to the monitor. So I know the speaker on the monitor is working.

Audio through the DP is not working. I've checked the settings and everything seems to be OK. @trs96, can you please point me in the right direction?

    The 4K Dell OptiMac - 9020 MT - Core i7-4790 - Radeon RX 570 - LG 4K IPS Monitor

I have one at the moment. Would getting the BIOS bin file be sufficient for you to build a guide?

    The 4K Dell OptiMac - 9020 MT - Core i7-4790 - Radeon RX 570 - LG 4K IPS Monitor

Appreciate your work. It is super helpful. If you could look at the 9020 bios, that would be great. In terms of running macOS, the Open Core process is relatively painless and works very well. However, I am sure no one would complain if a more native solution can be found on these machines! I...

    The 4K Dell OptiMac - 9020 MT - Core i7-4790 - Radeon RX 570 - LG 4K IPS Monitor

7020 SFF arrived today and I've got it up and running pretty quickly thanks to @trs96's work here. Monterey is working very well! As mentioned previously, I wanted to use the PCIe NVMe card and 1TB NVMe stick that I had spare to make this DELL boot and run faster than my last 9020 build. While...
