In El-Capitan gtx970m works right away but in Sierra in both versions 12.0 12.1 I could not manage to make it work. It gives black screen but when I press any key I hear my preconfigured alert sound. In addition my onboard Intel HD530 has glitches too, that seems nobody find solution yet for it.

You are definitely right. I updated to 12.1 with the hope of a fix but nothing happened. I read every page on internet related to this issue but no solution found. I'll rain love on the person who will figure out a fix for this glitch problem on Sierra.

Are there any particular reasons to not to use Macbook Pro 11.5 smbios. If there is none why people doesn't made and shared one already.
