Guys try new drivers from ralinks webpage version 4.1.8. They fixed the same problems for my 2870 chipset.

I am using usb wifi card for internet access. To be able to use the App Store, usb wifi needs to be set as en1, and ethernet as en0. So this fixes App Store login problem for me.
