@P1LGRIM It worked but after rebooting the same entrys are there again. Also variables which I added before to test the nvram. I cleared them but it only works until reboot. Do you know where this comes from?

Thank you very much. During installation, disk utility didn't recognize my hard drives. In bios settings I then switchet "Intel Optane ..." to AHCI. Now it is installing.. Maybe that was also the problem which stopped my first installation and the USB from working correctly, is it possible that...

I tried it again and configured the smbios to the iMac18,3 Model, because it has the same CPU. It did not help. I really would appreciate any help. I append the Clover.zip from my USB, it is the default Unibeast configuration with the smbios change. Please look at my screenshot...

I have the same setup as @lttroast and a wierd kernel panic boot issue.
Since the components are all recommended for CustoMac everything worked fine with my first try. Now, after I messed it up, I can't even boot and reinstall from the unibeast usb drive, even with everything...
I enabled symbols in kernel panic, now it shows me the last kext was .AppleACPIPlatform or FakeSMC
I think the problem is somewhere in the CPU Power management, but I do not know what I can change

I also installed a 2600k in my imac 27 2011. It is running OS X Mavericks and had kernel panic etc. on startup. There was one way to start the imac (it works only sometimes):
Turn off by holding the power button,
trun on by pushing the power button once,
do a nvram/pram reset by holding...
