i also had problems with sleep, but in my case sound was broken after deep sleep.
i changed smbios frim the standard macmini 3.1 to imac 14.1 and that solved the issue.
with clover-configurator it can be done easily.
you have to install the beta ua9 bios

I really had to use the ua9 uefi experimental bios, mainly because i had to disable some bios settings. I had to create a usb stick to upgrade it, the bios upgrade via the bios menu does not work.
I had to make the following settings to the bios:
- enable AHCI
- put it to boot via UEFI...
10.11.2 Problem starting safari & installer & mail
a reinstall fixed the problem after that I was able to install the update. I also had to update nv drivers as only 1 display was detected after the 10.11.2 update.
Never ever forget to make a backup before tweaking :-)

Lets start by saying that installing this update without having a backup was not so smart...
Anyway I am having troubles after the 10.11.2 update with multiple core programs like safari,mail,installer, app store.
After launching safari I get immediatley a crash report, when I launch...

you are right, I made a picture after I inserted my second graphics card. But definitely it was crashing because of applehda. Going to retry now with removal of hda stuff, and indeed with one graphics card removed before starting the 1st time.
