Hi I just decided to to upgrade my windows partition on my hackintosh to windows 8 using the update assistant and the update failed it was unable to revert back to windows 7. I tried using my windows 7 recover disc but it said it was not compatible. Any ideas?

I am running my Z68XP-UD3 on U1G and it is perfect. You dont need a dsdt on the new uefi bios. I recomend upgrading computer runs much better.
