Sadly no... I ended up just using HFS again.

I use the Mac theme which I like a lot. I recently updated to High Sierra and my SSD is now APFS. Unfortunately there's no icon for this in the Clover theme. I tried copying icons from another theme to this one but this doesn't work. Can anyone tell how I should add APFS icon support to my theme?

That's annoying... You should use your Unibeast stick to boot and then you can put OsxAptioFix2Drv-64.efi back. There is thread here somewhere that gives more options for OsxAptioFixDrv-64.efi problems...

I've had similar issues that were related to OsxAptioFixDrv-64.efi. I switched to OsxAptioFix2Drv-64.efi. That made booting reliable again. I see you already use version 2 but maybe you could try switching to OsxAptioFixDrv-64.efi. That version is recommended here anyway instead of version 2...

I had glitches as well and some freezing of the system too in Safari. Do you have the Intel graphics enabled in your BIOS? Turning them off helped me. Now I have them enabled again but changed the Clover injection string and now have a stable system including Airplay, which I need the Intel...

Somehow it's still only in SD. VDADecoderChecker still gives me errors... But at least the iMac.kext works now without disabling the Nvidia driver.

Is it possible on a 100 series board to route USB 2.0 ports to a 2.0 bus using FakePCIID_XHCIMux.kext or is this nonsense as there is no physical EHCI controller on the board?

Have you tried using the USB patches mentioned on this board? I haven't; my USB is totally vanilla. Maybe there's the problem. I will experiment next week with this...
