You mentioned Sierra before - any new updates/changes? After the public release, I plan to spend some time upgrading from 10.10.5 (lol).

kduvernay, do you see a performance gain for 10.11.x over 10.10.5? I followed your guide previously and may do a clean install to a spare SSD just for testing. Curious to your thoughts. Cheers

So I just tried to upgrade to 3316 and I'm unable to boot. EDIT: For those curious, if you do upgrade be sure to just run the new *.pkg with the settings shown on page one of this thread. Otherwise you'll do something silly like not load the 64bit drivers.

kduvernay, do you ever updated your Clover install? I am running 3193 and see we're on 3316 now. What are your thoughts?

FYI, Still on my build following this guide and I am now on 10.10.4 with no major issues. My iMessage is spotty though. Some messages sync, some do not. Not sure the cause as I haven't changed anything. Logging in and out does not fix the issue.

26k on a stock 5820? I'm only hitting 20k on mine with 22.5k overclocked to 3.8Ghz. I adjusted my setting to similar to yours but no performance gain!

Hyper 212+ in a Lian-Li PC-7B with 4 Panaflo case fans (front and side in, rear and top out) I idle in OSX at around 29-30C and Prime95 stress test load at 67-75C (max). Normal load (like video editing/encoding) I get to around 65C.

Stock? Seems good! I pull 16.9k at 4.8 Ghz
