    No ethernet option on Network

Your EFI looks like it was taken from another user with a different ethernet controller being you are, among some other issues, using LucyRTL8125Ethernet.kext that will not work. See here for help with the Intel i225v controller...

When you say spoof related you are talking about the section of the config.plist Kernel/ Emulation? If so everyone running 11th generation CPUs and up has to use the same Comet Lake 10th gen spoofing. Apple Intel CPU support ended there. Yours is right and beyond CPUFriendDataProvider (also...

    ASUS Z790 PRIME-A 14700KF and RX6800XT

I haven't read one post that thought it was better that CPUFriend.. I see you also haven't undertaken mapping your USB ports. Instead you are using USBInjectAll.kext and have the XHCIPortLimit quirk turned on. Not recommended except to map your usb ports. I don't know that explains the...

Yes, sure. Disable both CPUfriend kexts. Some users also say they get better results using MacPro 1,1

    ASUS Z790 PRIME-A 14700KF and RX6800XT

One thing I see right off the bat that should make a little difference is that you have CPUFriend with the corresponding CPUFriendDataProvider kexts as well as CpuTopologyRebuild.kext loading. You should only use one method or the other to define power management of your CPU, most users state...

[HOW TO] USB ports map for macOS with USBToolBox

Yes, USB3 requires 2 ports, depending on the motherboard it may also require one for and led light control, one more for sound depending (on the device) and if you want to use Bluetooth one more to enable that.

macOS Monterey (12.7) keeps restarting after 3 or 2 minutes after boot.

I have a feeling it may be related to your SATA drive although there are no reports the Inland SSDs aren't compatible I could find. If this doesn't work I don't have anymore suggestions.

macOS Monterey (12.7) keeps restarting after 3 or 2 minutes after boot.

Hmmm, try the attached. It worked great on a similar board I had, if it's still rebooting it could be hardware related as in possibly that SATA drive is bad but who knows.
