    You're correct, all my 4 drives have EFI partitions. Under CloverConfigurator's EFI Partitions list, my correct efi boot drive is disk3s1, while my other data drives EFI are disk0s1 (the one I added), disk1s1 and disk2s1 Would it be safe to remove the EFI partitions on the 3 other drives or...

    Out of desperation, I installed Mavericks back on top of my existing one and it fixed everything. I was worried that I'd have to reinstall the loader, the kexts and all but everything turned out fine. Thanks RehabMan!

    Hmm, too much stuff installed to simply reformat... I had hoped there was a way to just fix the issue. For what it's worth, diskutil (booted from usb) found no issues.
