It's called VideoProc. To be honest, I have no idea. I'm only using it to verify that hardware encoding is enabled. I use FCPX for all my editing and then Handbrake to do compression.

I do have other drives connected, but I mounted all of their EFI partitions and nothing was on them. Only one drive has an EFI folder on an EFI partition. I'll try removing thing CustomIcons key and see if that helps.

Yes. Here's what the Themes folder looks like on the EFI partition. You can see the "embedded" theme has been removed. I was thinking it would default to something else or nothing would load. But since it still shows part of the theme, it makes me think it's loading from a different partition...
