At least as in my case it's the 2nd NVIDIA card in your system (my 1st is a GTX970). The only reason I bought it was to get a 2nd HDMI output for audio to my receiver :/ P.S. I'm using NVIDIA web drivers. P.P.S For what it's worth it works fine under Windows 10.
