Great! Thank you, MacMan!!! The Atheros AR8161 Ethernet in my Z77-DS3H Rev 1.1 is working now.

The only thing is the GA-Z77-DS3H - I got mine in September and it is a Rev1.1 - Gigabyte changed the Ethernet chip from Atheros AR8151 to AR8161/8165. Currently OS X is not supporting this chip. I ended up disabling the Atheros Ethernet and add the TP-Link WDN4800 to make it work.

I ended up getting the TP-Link TL-WDN4800 and it works OOB.

The Z77-DS3H Rev1.1 has the Atheros AR8161/8165 Ethernet chip and currently there is no driver in OS X to make this work.

I am not able to overclock with UEFI. This is what I was looking for! Thank you beelzebozo!

I was on Chimera 1.4.x, and 10.7.2 with no problems. Upgraded to Chimera 1.5.x and the DVI port has no out put on reboot. I had to put PCIRootUID=0 at the Chimera screen to get out put from DVI.
