Hey! Thanks for the great advice! Decided to put off updating as the updates werent super important. However, that annoying popup came up a couple of days ago and i clicked 'update and restart' without thinking. I was struck by fear, but it just rebooted and im runnning 10.9.1 without problems :)

Thanks for the link! Handy! I read the description and it states ...usefull for when you dont have a working PCI-e wifi card... I forgot to mention that this computer has a TPLINK PCI-e WN881ND wifi card and it works perfectly. Does this change anything?

Just tried it, didn't help. Would it help to change system definition to like 6.1 or something in MultiBeast?

That might be a problem. There is no way for me to access an ethernet cable because my desktop is in another room AND my wifi router doesn't have an ethernet-out anymore... What to do?

Hey mihaivladian, I installed it as wel on an i72600K with Z68Pro3 (alhtough no Gen3). I am also seeing some screen tearing and artifacts at times. Any idea why this is and how to help it? Also, what did you select in Multibeast? EasyBeast/UserDSDT/DSDTFree? thanks a bunch, MM
