Sorry. I also tried using the custom dsdt attached below. Rest are same. Edit: FYI I was right. Disabler.kext isn't meant for hda. It disables power management. I had already removed applehdadisabler.kext during the removal of voodoo.

Problem Fixed. Used multi beast 5.5.5 and selected dsdt-free only. Boot's fine now :D

How did you get a single display to work on Mavericks with Intel HD 4600?What port were you using? VGA or DVI or HDMI(for the single display)?

Nope it's shown as shared system memory. And I'm using only one monitor with d-sub.
