Did you try to update your firmware to A07, even if you are already in A07 ? Worked for me, as my A07 version was from 02/2011, and the one from dell.com was from 05/2011

I didn't try overclocking too I have enought power in my hands :) and i used the fan delivered with the CPU, i don't think it's a good thing to play overcloking with that Other point : i have some network issues. so overcloking is not my priority for the moment.
