Today I managed to get my 2K screen working on the integrated HD630 on Kabylake i5 7500 connected through display port. Before I only got a black screen during boot. (the apple logo with status bar, and half way it turned black). The options I tried seemed to be too complicated. Installing...
Hi!
Thx jktaurus8, for creating this guide!
Everything (Sierra 10.12.6) seems to be working, only the LAN/network doesn't work. I'd like to use the onboard LAN (no wifi). Tried the Realtek versions within Multibeast, but no result. During install, booted from USB the LAN apears in system prefs...
Might be a option, but that is a totally new thing for me. OS X is a little bit more in my comfort zone. I experimented already with SL server but Lion is different. Last time I rebooted my SL server (mac mini) was @ the last update (10.6.8); while ago...

Any heads ups?

I ask this question with the focus on data recovery when one of the drives fails. How to check if one of the drives is...
Re: Hackintosh file-server
Today ordered the different components.
Ordered the GA-H67M-D2-B3

I thought I had some hdds in the storage but today discovered I disposed them a while ago. So I ordered two WD20EARX hdd's for a suitable...
Hi there! I'm new here and need some advice.
I'd like to create a file-server. I've got some HDD's lying around and want to create a NAS. Buying a NAS is easy but a good one is expensive.
So I want to build a Hackintosh file server with Lion-server. Cheaper (about €300) and more fun!
I'm not...
