My Ethernet Revision ID was 0x002, but somehow it works in Ventura natively with Vt-d enabled in BIOS and did not require flushing to Revision 3. Maybe this problem is connected with mobo BIOS version used. I use latest BIOS 2701.

It is all about ability to power Bluetooth part from sources other then PCI-E rail.
To power 3.3V Bluetooth from 5V USB rail, circuit board must contain step down voltage converter. Most likely AMS1117 module would be used for this purpose...

You don't need to edit DSDT for different processor. CPU detection and its CStates, PStates injection is done automatically by bootloader with GenerateCStates=Yes and GeneratePStates=Yes keys.
Just make sure that your BIOS version fully supports six core CPUs.
