tried modding AGPM and now i'm panicking... i backed up the original kext but can't figure out how to replace it. booting to a live linux usb won't let me manipulate the file system.
i apologize if this is daft but can someone please tell me a way to get into my system and replace the original...
been off the boards for a while, since everything was working fine... i upgraded to 10.7.4 and suddenly experiencing problems.
i know we aren't supposed to use cinebench per macman, but when i used to pull 45fps and now can't get more than 18, it gives me pause.
used new multibeast for...
adding device ID and ATY_Init, along with the multibeast GeForce driver bundle, has got me pulling 45fps on cinebench.
how does that rank? seems pretty good...
even though i've added the correct device ID, my system profiler doesn't recognize the "HD" nature of my card. display port works...
how is performance if you do everything the same except for the AGMP mod?
i only got a panic when i attempted that fix.
EDIT: added the 570HD device ID, but the HD nature is not getting recognized.
pulling 45fps on cinebench. seems like that is pretty good, no?
followed the weezy guide and got a panic. back to the drawing board...

having the same problem wherein i see no .plist file to add my device ID. will download a prepped one if i have to but prefer to do it myself. thoughts?
also, if anyone would mind reviewing necessary steps for 5XX if you use the unibeast/10.7.2/multi4.1 method?
