Booted -v only and all was good.
Reapplied Multibeast with my DSDT file. All seems to be good.

I've gone through the UniBeast 3 install, had to run with flags -x GraphicsEnabler=Yes. But now when trying to load into installed partition I am getting just a black screen. I've tried with all flags in the guide, but have had no luck.
Any ideas?

I've solved the wifi issues with the TP-LINK TL-WDN4800, works OBO. You can pick one up from new egg.
I'm awaiting a firewire card, SYBA | SD-PEX30009 R, it was recommended on a few sites. Grabbing that from newegg as well. Will update once that arrives. But onboard nothing has worked so far...
