I once again solved the problem myself lol! I installed the IntelMausiEthernet.kext to System/Library/Extensions using KextBeast... However...it was IntelMausiEthernet.kext version 2.5.0 (which appears to be incompatible with my motherboard's ethernet). So then I decided to delete it from the...

I am thrilled to report that I am typing this message on my hacky mackey with Catalina installed! I solved this problem by changing the PLIST FixOwnership tag/string from false to true (I edited the tag/string using TextEdit). Also, I re-enabled the NVIDIA graphics card (GeoForce GTX 770) in...

Stuck At "Installing Clover Bootloader" (Unibeast 9.3.0 - Mojave)

I am doing this on a legit 2019 MBP. Yes, I did disable SIP. I am using a USB 3.0 Sandisk 16GB thumb drive. Also, I did have success installing with the Catalina version of Unibeast... I did leave the installer on for a few hours and didn't see any further movement. What do you think the...

CATALINA INSTALLATION STUCK AT APPLE LOGO WITHOUT ANY PROGRESS BAR

Thanks trs96. I decided to update the motherboard to the latest bios version using q-flash. I also decided to redo the Catalina USB Formatting as per tonymac's instructions. I re-ran verbose using the USB drive, and this is what I get this time:
