The problem was solved by updating from Catalina version 10.15.6 to version 10.15.7 :)

I am not sure how to clear the NVRAM, but I understand there is way to do it with Opencore? If yes how do I install Opencore? Thanks.

Ok I replaced the EFI folder with the one you provided, but I am still seeing that I get stuck at the same exact point when running in verbose mode…

I made a Unibeast installer with Clover.

I also re-did the BIOS settings from scratch.

Thanks trs96. I decided to update the motherboard to the latest bios version using q-flash. I also decided to redo the Catalina USB Formatting as per tonymac's instructions. I re-ran verbose using the USB drive, and this is what I get this time:
