I want say that I should decide what to do today or tomorrow what to do:
1) Try to make my EFI folder for Big Sur better (for better performance)
2) Install Catalina.
3) Install Linux (for much better performance, I don't know how fast will my EFI work on Catalina)

I know that 8 GB of RAM is ok for Big Sur (Or not?).
