The internal mic shows as an input, but no feedback shows in Input level and recording in Quicktime picks up nothing. When I reboot it works and then the issue returns hours later/next day.

Actually, I am not even sure if I have graphics injected. I took a look at Clover Configurator and the Graphics section is empty, so I guess not. I only have a Radeon 7870XT and a Core i5 4670K with Internal Graphics disabled in BIOS.

Internal Graphics is disabled in my BIOS and I still have the issue. My setup is in my sig and I'm using Clover. My graphics appears as Chipset Model: AMD Radeon HD 7xxx if it makes any difference.
