    GTX 650 recognized as NVIDIA D14P1-30 issue

    Same thing happened to me. But after using the link on Tonymac's site to the Nvidia site - I downloaded the Nvidia Geforce drivers for 10.8.2 - and wa la - it is now recognized as the Nvidia GeForce GTX 650. I have the PNY Nvidia GeForce GTX 650 and here are my screenshots

    Is Intel's onboard HD 3000 supported or not?

    HD 3000 is definitely supported. I used Unibeast to install Mountain Lion on my Dell Inspiron 14r (n4110) laptop - which has a Sandy Bridge Intel HD 3000 GPU - and it recognized it on install. Didn't have to do anything special - recognized out of the box with the vanilla kernel.
