You shouldn't need to remove windows drives if you select F12 (or equivalent for your motherboard) on first reboot of the 10.13.1 update.
Also for Nvidia owners (like my 1080 ti) notice that 30 bit drivers kick in with the new Nvidia driver.
New 121 driver and CUDA driver out. All good it seems and doesn't require sip. Just ENTER and ignore error, before reboot fix permissions and caches just in case!

No. You have to involve SIP in CsrActiveConfig or you will get the usual Nvidia error saying there is a problem.
@Franckd What you did wrong was not follow the guides properly possibly. You should be able to get it working without problem. Follow that...

I had to do a similar thing as CJ's above post to disable the continuous duplication of BIOS boot entries created by BOOTX64.EFI everytime it assumed a PCI boot entry was available.
The important thing to remember is ONLY to remove PCI entries - and take NOTE of the boot entry order number...

I know it boots but Im using mine as a scratch disk for BMD DaVinci Resolve 12 and 4K grading. Ive just rendered a 4K video...
