Mmm, i read somewhere that it could be the GraphicsEnabler=yes option. After setting this option to 'No' OSX did show a 'loading' screen while shutting down. After this screen the shutdown was complete (took 2\3 minutes) Then i found out that when i enable the GraphicsEnabler shutdown also...

I have tried 10.7 and 10.7.2, same result. The BIOS settings are correct in my opinion, i have tried lots of combinations in the Power Management section but nothing seems to work. I will try to delete some power management kext and see if i can find the one that is causing the problem. Thanks.
