Should I disable my NVMe drive during the check?

I meant I have external drives like Lacie 4tb or WD my passport ultra. Should I try them via USB 3?

Unfortunately I don't have any other ssd or nvme. Is it possible to use external HD's to check this issue?

I tried new config, stuck at the same place but logs changed a little bit

Nothing changed, stuck on the same screen - this is the last logs displayed from verbose mode. I also got the full video record with all logs, if it can be helpful

Still got freeze on the screen with apple logo

I tried the Suggestion 1 you provided, but still no luck :( The installation freezes on the very beginning - i've added screenshot of this moment. Also posted my config and EFI folder in case I made mistakes during its creating. Are there any other possible reasons i'm facing this issue?
