OK I solved it by myself. The key is to change GPU from GFX0 to GFX1, which is special for SMBIOS 6,1.

I have no idea what happened inside the motherboard. The 3rd flash attempt lasted 3 days. After flashing the USB 3.0 card in DOS, The device ID went back to 10D3 and I lost my internet again.
