Updating without having updated kexts first is usually bad practice (unless you have a particular reason not to update them). I suspect lilu might be the problem because of this and you are on version 1.3.1. Try booting with -lilubetaall, see if that works. If not, jump into safe mode, download...

Your IOReg shows that you have your discrete graphic card registered under GFX0. There is no support for discrete graphics with Hackintoshes and you need to disable it. (read the FAQ)
I confirm that with 1.2.8 both sound and sleep work well :headbang:
UPDATE: I just tested 1.3.0 and it's not working, so you may be right.
I still keep wondering though, why do recent releases work on Mojave?
Ok, just tried your build. kextstat shows that AppleALC kext is loaded and sleep works. Sadly, sound is not working (I guess that ALC668 codec was not supported in 1.2.4, need to read more) so that's still not a strong proof of work, but a good guess.

Maybe they reintroduced it? From this thread we can assume that it affects only people with Haswell graphics (or maybe specifically Intel HD4600?).
I suggest we...
I will try to examine both your and my crash dumps thoroughly in the next 20 hours, see if I can find something. I want to point out that I'm running a direct upgrade from Mojave where I did not experience this problem.
