    << Solved >> [SUCCESS] CATALINA 10.15.3 HP Z440 WORKSTATIONS E5-1660 v4, SAPPHIRE NITRO+ RX 5700 XT

1- you need the latest kernel patches from here, not tested on 10.15.7, so may or may not work https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/335650-kernelandkextpatches-1013x1014x1015x-x99x299/ 2- not sure, but usb should work. Make sure you update clover, as well as update to latest kexts. Also make...

<< Solved >> Slow CPU frequency after wake z440 xeon e5-1620v3 on 10.14.6

Attached is one for 10.15.5, you might need to generate a new serial number. And you'll need change the video card id for your card as I have a Tonga card. Also you have a different CPU, so it may not work for you.

    << Solved >> [SUCCESS] CATALINA 10.15.3 HP Z440 WORKSTATIONS E5-1660 v4, SAPPHIRE NITRO+ RX 5700 XT

I haven't tried with the raid, but I'm not surprised it isn't working. You'll probably have to do some searching to see if it's possible to get the drivers for it under OSX. I have usb 3 hubs in the systems properties and get about 50 -60 Mb/s to an external WD Elements SE drive. I don't...

<< Solved >> Slow CPU frequency after wake z440 xeon e5-1620v3 on 10.14.6

How did you fix it? It’s possible That config file I posted for 10.14.6 may not work with latest clover and kexts as it’s quite old. I would use the EFI folders I posted for a matching 10.15 version install instead as there shouldn’t be any version issues. Have you got the latest bios firmware...

X99 macOS Catalina 10.15.2 Kernel Patches

Clover is working without the need for xcpm kernel patches in 10.15.2, 10.15.3 and 10.15.4 beta see here: https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/success-catalina-10-15-3-hp-z440-workstations-e5-1660-v4-sapphire-nitro-rx-5700-xt.290401/page-3#post-2071066

<< Solved >> Slow CPU frequency after wake z440 xeon e5-1620v3 on 10.14.6

Here is the latest EFI working in 10.15.2 and 10.15.3. Note that the xcpm kernel patches are no longer needed to enable xcpm, so hopefully this will work in newer versions of macOS as well. All that was needed for my Haswell Xeon E5-1620 V3 was to enable plugintype in clover!

    << Solved >> [SUCCESS] CATALINA 10.15.3 HP Z440 WORKSTATIONS E5-1660 v4, SAPPHIRE NITRO+ RX 5700 XT

I was able to remove nullcpupowermanagement.kext and turn off kernelPM, KernelXCPM and it's still working with full turbo boost for me after sleep, without any kernel patches. I think the ssdt pm and plugintype are enough for my Haswell Xeon. I've attached my clover EFI.

    << Solved >> [SUCCESS] CATALINA 10.15.3 HP Z440 WORKSTATIONS E5-1660 v4, SAPPHIRE NITRO+ RX 5700 XT

That's good and you seem to have turbo boost to 3.8Ghz too. Does it keep working after going to sleep? I checked the EFI you posted, and you have both xcpm kernel patches for 10.15.2 and nullcpupowermanagement.kext. I don't think the kernel patches are needed for your processor, because they...

nothing yet. Are you going full turbo boost under high loads?

X99 macOS Catalina 10.15.2 Kernel Patches

You still have the xcpm patches ("Add 5 patches from the author), so that's no different than how we do it in clover now (mine has working xcpm in clover already), but you will still need new patches for 10.15.3? After v5.4 opencore is supposed to be able to without any patches, but it seems...

Does your xcpm work? You need to use Intel Power Gadget to check.

X99 macOS Catalina 10.15.2 Kernel Patches

New patches are needed for 10.15.3, I've attached the kernel if anyone knows how to do it. Opencore is supposed to make the patchers obsolete, but I can't get xcpm even in 10.15.2. I've attached my opencore EFI if you want to try that, although it's likely you'll need to make your own SSDTs.

X99 macOS Catalina 10.15.2 Kernel Patches

I’ve been unable to get cpu power management working using opencore 5.5 in 10.15.2 without patches? Works fine using your patches in clover. Is there something specific we need to do to get XCPM in opencore?
