After almost one month, I think I've identified the reason what causing Catalina to reboot suddenly. It was this settings. Whenever I used "Put hard disks to sleep when possible" there was a kernel panic randomly after some times. I'm including the panic report below with clover settings...

I have the latest bios and enabled internal gpu (I have no external gpu) and using darkwake=no but still the sleep is not working. It goes to sleep then wake up with a panic and restarts

Thanks @pastrychef. adding the "-igfxnohdmi" boot argument does work in the case of HDMI display. But display port is different than HDMI, that's why it may not have worked for the OP, but Worked for me.

You should download the regular one. You can use Emulated NVRAM from there as far as I know

Looks like my Gigabyte 250M motherboard supports native NVRAM. I've remove EmuVariableUefi-64.efi driver, shutdown, start, set a variable, rebooted. I found the variable there. I think this mean I'm using native NVRAM, right?

Same case here. It looks like the DVD writer is causing the problem. IS there any solution? Mojave worked just fine.
