Intel NUC8, attempt to update with smaller file failed (not sure why), then it downloaded the full 11GB image (!) and worked without troubles.

Intel NUC8, attempt to download the 400MB failed, it downloaded then the 11GB file. Installation took two reboots, everything seems to work fine.

Update from App Store from Monteray, no issues. - Thanks to zearp guide for Intel NUC8 - First updated the EFI without WiFi kext, then updated to Ventura, then copied the wifi kext into the EFI.

Intel NUC8 with OC updated without problem.

So far so good.

Did it over again with update for Monteray and it worked.

Clean installation on an Intel NUC8, following https://github.com/zearp/Nucintosh guide. Just FYI, I had to use a 16GB USB2 drive since the USB3 I have were always blocking the installation first boot.

Hello, did you upgrade the EFI folder as well using the latest from zeearp/Nucintosh? I tried to update today following the "update" section instruction, but it did not work and I could not boot it. By restoring the previous EFI folder I was back on functional Nucinthosh. Thanks

On Intel NUC8i3 update was fine, everything remained functional.

Intel Nuc 8th, after the update works fine. Updated Clover to 5108 (5109 had wrong visualisation of the boot screen) and the text.

I may have a question: why a lot of serial numbers are covered in screenshots? It's a hackintosh? What difference does it make?

That could depend from uefi drivers and kext revisions, you should give a bit more details. A good recap for 8th gen is #430 and #562 (my working nuc 8th i5).

Try the EFI folder attached on post #562, if you wanna try put it on an USB key with clover.

I am using the latest firmware today available on the NUC8i5BEH and it works fine. Clover on EFI partition attached.
