It's working for me, I manually injected the vanilla broadcom kext you posted (https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/13972199/LAN/AppleBCM5701Ethernet_10.10.2.zip)
and used kext wizard to inject FakePCIID.kext and FakePCIID_BCM577XX_as_BCM57765.kext via kext wizard and rebuilt and...
Did you set your drives to AHCI?
EDIT:
I'll be back, I have to run some errands. Obviously go and see if you can see your drives in UEFI and ensure they are set to AHCI instead of IDE. I'm guessing that is a fluke I'v never seen that before
Have you tried running off the CPU for video? Make sure you have onboard graphic enabled before doing so via UEFI and disconnect power going to your video card. Plug the HDMI going to your board, you should be able to see logon after that. Re-enable power for your card after your kexts are...
Just use -x to boot to safe mode. That should at least get you to the login screen. From there you could install kexts from multibeast and reboot. You should not need to use the safe mode flag to boot after kext install on 2nd reboot
Well short answer is to install ALC892 via Multibeast
AUDIO/ ReaLTEK ALC8XX/ WITHOUT DSDT/ ALC892/ repair permissions , rebuild cache reboot.
Without knowing your audio setup, I have no idea if you need HDMI audio or not.
Assuming your USB drive is formatted in FAT32. Move "Z77PRO41.60" to the root of your usb drive. Enter your bios choose instant flash and it should auto detect.
It's already pre-patched, you're going to need to patch your board if you want to use Mavericks. You won't be able to get past post without it. For Mountaion Lion, it wasn't entirely necessary but was needed for different reasons.
AMD/Nvidia Primary Display with AirPlay Mirroring on Mavericks
Just when i thought i didn't need Mavericks. Im going to give this a go on a seperate partition.
Nice, but this method only requires terminal

Sleep has been working for quite sometime (I'll have to update this guide in regards to what steps are needed to have sleep working properly) As for the Broadcom issue, the updated kext "supposedly" works via static IP. Unfortunately you're not able to pull an IP via DHCP from your router. This...
Try booting with Graphics Enabler =no and see if you still lag. You won't get full resolution, but it's a step in determining what the real issue is. I assume you're on 10.7.3, correct?
No you don't need to re select via Multibeast. I'm assuming everything is fine using your 8800? Hard to recreate an issue when I don't see the problem on my end. I'll look into it though. Can you verify which device you're using for audio when using the HD3000 via HDMI. Is it the Realtek ALC892...
Select "macmini" as your SMBIOS under system definitions in Multibeast and enable "onboard graphics" via UEFI. Double check to see if the "Graphics Enabler" string is present in your org.chameleon.Boot.plist via textedit. Which should look like this (this is to ensure you get full resolution...
