Was facing some similar issues a while back. Balanced cables, anti noise power plugs, etc, tried a lot, no help. What solved it for me: plugging just my two speakers/monitors into a distinct (ungrounded) wall outlet. Ever since I hear virtually no buzz/humm/hiss anymore.
