Ok I brought a license Geekbench it was only 15 bucks and I did the 64bit test and the score was a little better. I'm not OC'ing the chip no real need for this monster.

That test is from the z77x-UP4-TH The UP5 machine isn't at my home so I will if I remember test that when I'm on site with that machine.

I don't have the 64bit version I just ran this test for you with Geekbench 3.2 free 32 bit test. If you can direct me to the 64 bit version I will run that for you also but here's a screenshot for you.

With the multibeast setup I selected the MacPro 3,1 but I found in other post that you can remove the AppleTyMCEDriver.kext file and then with chameleon wizard I changed to MacPro 5,1. I know exactly what you are talking about with that pop. You don't get the pop this way. I got everything here...

Here are my multibeast settings so you can boot without the usb stick. I use the trim patch because i have a SSD drive as my boot drive if you don't have one don't select it.
