[Guide] Intel NUC7/NUC8 using Clover UEFI (NUC7i7Bxx,NUC8i7Bxx,etc)

NUC8i7BEH doesn't like 64 GB! I have a fully working NUC following the instructions and EFI shared by LeesureOne. I decided to pull the trigger on 64 GB (2 * 32 GB) but it doesnt like it and refuses to boot. Enclosed is the output if I run the -V flag on boot. If I literally power it off and put...

[Guide] Installing macOS Mojave (10.14.2) on Intel NUCi5BEH using Clover UEFI + updating to Mojave (10.14.6) on post#2

Hi Everyone, Just wondering if anyone is in the same boat as me with my NUC8i7BEH v2. It currrently has 32 GB installed and it works fine no issues. I decided after reading a few other threads that it accepts 64 GB (Which it does). The BIOS sees it no problem. However when it tries to boot...

[Guide] Intel NUC7/NUC8 using Clover UEFI (NUC7i7Bxx,NUC8i7Bxx,etc)

A little NUC help required. So everything works ok on my NUC8i7BEH v1 and the OS is installed. I had an issue some others seem to have had with HDMI but using usb-c to HDMI fixed the glitching. I used Unibeast to create a Mojave install stick and replaced the EFI folder as per the easy build...

[Guide] Installing macOS Mojave (10.14.2) on Intel NUCi5BEH using Clover UEFI + updating to Mojave (10.14.6) on post#2

Hi, Just to add that some of the issues can be down to quality of the USB stick... I tried it with a Toshiba one and it was just painful (never worked, slow to boot) and replaced it with a high end kingston stick. Boom, everything worked.

    Quick question re graphics cards

Hi Everyone, So it looks like I spoke a little bit too soon, stating everything was working. Now I have a Kaby Lake I7-7700K with Intel HD 630 but there seems to be a lot of work (ie more than a couple of hours) to make the Intel onboard stuff work. So my question is... If i buy an MSI AMD RX...

<< Solved >> Request for help re: Booting post Unibeast install

Ok I was being a numpty ;) When I was installing the "boot infrastructure" I was selecting the USB stick, not the NVMe, hence why the USB disk was trashed :) Works almost flawlessly now, even reboot and shutdown. The only thing that doesnt work is the dual monitors (one DVI, one HDMI.) They...

<< Solved >> Request for help re: Booting post Unibeast install

Hi Everyone, Nice place you got here :) So I am looking for a little help here. I decided to forego Windows and build a Hackintosh. The Mobo is a Asus Prime Z270-K with an unlocked i7-7700K CPU. 64 GB Corsair RAM and a 1 TB Samsung NVMe drive. So I can get everything installed to where I can...
