You are right. Actually I found the solution. I used the boot arg: shikigva=40 (AddExecutableWhitelist + ReplaceBoardID) AND shiki-id=Mac-7BA5B2D9E42DDD94 (iMac Pro 1,1). Now both iGPU and Vega card are used when encoding HEVC 8bits in Compressor. Screen recording and iTunes work as well.

So I added the iMac 19,1 dictionnary to AppleGVA.framework and forced the board ID Mac-AA95B1DDAB278B95 with boot args shikigva=32 and shiki-id=Mac-AA95B1DDAB278B95. -> Same behaviour as with the iMac 18,3 board ID, iTunes and Compressor crash.

The kext does not seem to work as is. The info.plist structure is different than the one indicated in this post: XHC USB Kext Creation Guideline. What are the requirements for your kext to work?
