I can able to boot now, Yes the error is with SMCprocessor.kext, and also the error is with the onboard gpu so i disabled the onboard gpu in the bios. Now i'm able to boot into my OS... thank you verry much for this. TC bro.

Hey man thanks a lot for your reply, I've followed your suggestion I think it helped to boot further but now I get this error. And I'm not much aware of 'Super IO' I didn't disable any of it in bios... hope we can deal with this... thanks.
