Ok, following the indications of Didii and zanzi, I tweaked the plist file of the macbook 14.1 and generated a kext file with cpu friend, and now I have the cpu idle at 0,6-0,7 Ghz, i guess its better. Here are the files if anyone needs (Its supposed to be slightly better for 7200U owners) ...
